What are Meal Swipes, Meal Exchange and Dining Dollars?
A Meal Swipe is a form of payment that allows the meal plan holder access into Knight Dining Hall. Meal Swipes come with each of our meal plans and expire at the end of each semester and do not roll-over.Meal Exchange allows our students on the Knight All-Access, Knight Standard, and Standard Commuter plans to use a Meal Swipe in our retail dining location, The Round Table, in exchange for a combo meal.Dining Dollars are a sales tax-free way to spend at on-campus dining locations such as Knight Dining Hall, The Round Table, and Hilltop Market.

How do I make changes to my meal plan?
If you'd like to make any changes to your meal plan, you have until the end of the add/drop period to reach out to University Housing to make the adjustment. You may email them to get started: housing@svu.edu
I have special dietary needs, who can I reach out to?
We strive to provide a variety of menu options for students, faculty, and staff who have food allergies, food intolerances and/or special dietary needs. We can accommodate special dietary needs (i.e., gluten free, nut free, dairy free) throughout the dining destinations on campus.Our Regional Dietitian, Rachel Sanders, is happy to meet with any students with special dietary needs so we may better serve our community.
